Can 2 Pendulums of different length and weight, swing in Unison?
Can 2 pendulums, attached at the same points, with differing weights and lengths, swing in Unison? Incredibly...YES. It is a phenomenon called" ENTRAINMENT". Yup entrainment. Up until this past week, it was new to me also. I was told that no one knows why. If you swing the pendulums at random different speeds and directions, they will eventually pair up and swing in perfect unison and rhythm.
People are no different, over time you and I will become just like the people we hang around with. You may be very positive, but if you hang around with negative people you will find yourself being negative also. What about our mind and thoughts? No matter what we are talking about, it is said that we ALWAYS think it, before we do, say, or become it. We are what we think about. We are what we focus on.
Horse are no different, they learn by repetition. My horse, Yogi, has been trained by repetition to take 1 bite of food and then back off when we enter his stall at feeding time. "That which we persist in doing gets easier, not that the nature of the task has changed, but our ability to accomplish the task has". My mentor, friend and roping buddy Kevin, always said"Marlon, you will never ride any better than the people you ride with". Entrainment is certainly proof positive that it is true. Depression breeds depression, negativity breeds negativity, and positive breeds positive. A wise man once told me "Keep your face towards the sun and ALL the shadows will fall behind".

#Uninsured/ Underinsured #coverage is one of the most #misunderstood coverages on an #automobile policy. It is so misunderstood that it approaches "Myth" status. It seems to be a "Mystery" since #agents seldom explain it. In my opinion, it is the second most important coverage of your auto insurance. It Protects you in the event that the driver of the other car ( who has hit you and it is their fault) has NO #liability insurance or has to little liability insurance to cover all of your medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering, and more. If this case occurs then YOUR own #uninsured/ underinsured motorist coverage will kick in to make you whole but only up to the limits of your policy. There is one level of coverage that could prove to be a pitfall in your policy, if your UM/UIM coverage is the lowest coverage, 15/30, then the only time your policy will pay anything is if the "at fault" driver has NO Bodily Injury Liability coverage at all
It is highly recommended that your UM/UIM coverage be equal to your Bodily Injury Liability coverage limits. UM/UIM coverage can not be higher than your Bodily Injury Liability in most, if not all, cases. If your Agent has not discussed this with you and recommended that the coverages be equal, you should RUN, not walk, but run and find an Agent that will explain every aspect of your policy to you so that YOU can make your own Wise, Intelligent, Informed decisions. If your agent did not tell you about this, what else has he or she neglected to tell you about?
