The Cost of LOST OPPORTUNITIES
Unfortunately
our society has become inundated with thieves and robbers. We hear about them
every day. It's the ones that we don't hear about that concern me. Normally we
are "robbed" by some other individual. We often "rob"
ourselves. You might ask, "is that even possible"? Unfortunately it
is, and Yes we rob ourselves in one way or another on a daily basis and we
don't even know it.
We
rob ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, and worst of all Financially. NO, we don't reach in one pocket, take money
out and put it in the other pocket, that would be absurd. The robbery that I
would like to talk about is "Financial Robbery" committed by
ourselves. There are no masks or guns and it doesn't even show up on our
balance sheet, yet we are, nonetheless VICTIMS of "LOST
OPPORTUNITIES" and there is always a COST or loss to us individually. We
therefore are guilty of Robbing ourselves of a great deal of money among other
things .
Most, if not all people today are guilty
of the "Ostrich Syndrome" or in other words the art of burying ones
head in the sands of complacency deeply enough as to miss the opportunities of
Life. Complacency has NEVER equated to Success in any aspect of Life. Complacency
and Entitlement are the "Cancers of our day and age". People with
these attitudes are always commenting on how "LUCKY" the other guy
is. What is the definition of Luck? "Luck is where Preparation meets
Opportunity". Those who are prepared to move quickly when the opportunity
arises are the same ones who are financially stable. A perfect example is the 8
or so Families that own 80-90% of ALL THE BANKS in the world today. They did
not get there by burying their heads in the sand. They were prepared and took
advantage when opportunities arose. BANKS encourage people to Save their money
and put it in CD's or Money Market Accounts and ask us to be patient while it
slowly accrues interest. BANKERS do just the opposite and take every
opportunity to "Move their money", keeping it lent out and gaining
more interest than they are paying out. This is called "The Velocity of
Money". Wouldn't it be Awesome if
we could utilize our money like the Banker and the owners of all those Banks
do? A great man named R. Nelson Nash developed a methodology for doing just
that...."Becoming our own Banker". For years he taught those willing
to be open to Opportunity how to create their own Family Banking System. In his
book "Becoming Your Own Banker" he shares the process and theory for
accomplishing just exactly that of "Becoming Your Own Banker".
14 Years ago a great visionary Insurance
Agent armed with a shared passion for Banking, took it upon himself to change
the lives of everyone who would listen and recognize opportunity when they saw
it, he began to help people Create Wealth coupled and establish a Legacy of
Family Banking to be passed on from generation to generation. That man is Joe
Pantozzi who currently resides in Las Vegas Nevada and owns the firm of Alpha
& Omega Financial Services. R. Nelson Nash and Joe Pantozzi, among others,
are giving families Financial Freedom in ways that only the wealthiest Bank
Owners are aware.
This is just one of many "LOST
OPPORTUNITY COSTS" that plague our lives today. Are you tired of Missing
out on Opportunities? Call today and Learn the Secrets that Bankers and Bank
Owners know. "Common Sense Economics-Changing lives Forever" Call

The Insurance Cowboy: Are Banks Banking on our Stupidity to make a Profi...: Why do Banks encourage us to do one thing with our money and then they do just the opposite? The answer....to make money off of OUR MONEY ....
Are Banks Banking on our Stupidity to make a Profit at OUR EXPENSE? We have not learned much since the Depression.
Why do Banks encourage us to do one thing with our money and then they do just the opposite? The answer....to make money off of OUR MONEY. Do you find that a bit hard to swallow? The banks want us to put our money in their bank and then they lend it out and make money from OUR MONEY. Yet when we need money, we have to go through the scrutiny to see if we qualify to BORROW our own money. Yes, we can take it out of the bank, but if we do, we no longer make any interest on OUR MONEY. For every dollar that banks take in as a deposit, they lend that same amount back out multiple times. If we did that we would be locked up. The problem is not that the banks do this.....the real problem is that they are great at teaching us how to get INTO DEBT, but no one teaches how to get OUT OF DEBIT. If we used our money the same way banks do, we would get financially healthy quickly. The majority of the banks today are owned by something like 8 families. Their wealth is staggering. They understand the banking system and how to apply it to their own personal bank accounts. Wouldn't it be great if we could all have our own personal banking system where we financed our own cars, homes, credit cards, boats etc.? There is hope! You can create and maintain your own Personal Banking System. Can you imagine recapturing all the interest that you currently pay for your financed purchases? Best of all, when you borrow from your own Personal Bank, your money gains interest as if you had borrowed NOTHING. Your money is more liquid, has major tax benefits and can be withdrawn with NO PENALTIES. On average, people today, pay 35% of their check to some sort of interest every month. The concept of "The Velocity of Money" is incredible. If you want to know more, email me at marlonc@call-associates.com. Let's get Banking!!
